FR-76Q Sliding ISO deck Socket Transversal
The CONTECH® Sliding ISO Socket FR-76Q is welded mostly on the stanchions at the side of the deck of the vessel. The foundations are used in combination with various kinds of base twistlocks as the wide surface manual T-2 or semiautomatic wide surface T-5SB. They are designed to move in the foundation to allow shifting between the hatch cover and the side stanchions where the container rests. The container in this way does not get damaged during the voyage.
